Program Benefits

The 30-Day Window

If we cannot reach a satisfactory calibration result within 30 days of your initial support request, you are eligible for our Return to Stock guarantee. This gives our team ample time to review logs and perfect your map.

Return to Stock

If a revision cannot solve the issue, you may have your ECU flashed back to its original factory settings. We will refund the tuning labor cost, minus any non-refundable licensing or travel fees.

Conditions & Stipulations

1. 14-Day Contact Requirement

To trigger the Guarantee, you must contact our team within 14 days of receiving your ECU if you are unsatisfied with the results. This allows us to begin the diagnostic process immediately.

2. Configuration Lock

The Guarantee applies to your motorcycle exactly as it was configured on the day of tuning. Adding, removing, or changing intake/exhaust hardware after the tune voids the Guarantee and standard retune fees will apply.

3. Mechanical Integrity & Coverage

This Guarantee covers software calibration only; it does not cover pre-existing mechanical faults or hardware failures. Hardware liability during the return process is strictly limited to your selected Coverage tier (Free $100 Limit or Full $500 Limit).

Parts & Hardware Returns

We offer a straightforward return process for physical products (such as scanners and adapters), provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Restocking: A 15% restocking fee applies to authorized physical product returns. We cannot accept returns on electrical items once they have been plugged in or installed.
